LBank exchange experience
Hi,
I just stumbled upon very weird set of "bugs" on LBank exchange and am wondering what is your experience with it.
The most outrageous "bug" was stop loss setting. Sems like it is intentionally made to not make any sense.. when trying to set it, you dont even see your loss until 40% and then at every nominal it skips a significant chunk, suddenly going from 40% to 80% or more. Also if pushed all the way to the end, it can reach up to -700% which doesn't make any sense at all. The only reason to make it like that is to drastically slow down the time it take to set SL allowing liquidations, as well as starting to display calculated loss only from around 40% ensuring much bigger wins at a time than if people could set reasonabble 20-30% SL. For example it takes less than 1s to set SL on Bybit or any other legit exchange and it takes at least 10s on LBank.
Also SL tends to delay closing of the position as I noticed if SL is set at 35-40%, closed position will be affected by 55-60%. This certainly isnt because of fees as I was offered extremely low fees by their team.
After complaining about it I quickly reveived a compensation which ended up being around 15% of my loss. Obviously they know something is intentionally wrong and tried to rest my concern, but here we are..
There's few more minor UI bugs but, what I mentioned above is extremely concerning as it seems like LBank unnaturally increases losses and purposely creates obstacles in preventing it. I've looked up on Reddit and found few topics about funds being frozen after profitable run and several warnings about this exchange, but they move solid chunk of the daily market and I'm wondering who else if not us will make sure they do it with integrity instead of whatever the hell is going on there now..
So please let me know if you have any words regarding trading experience on LBank. I will be collecting noteworthy testimonies in order to paint a bigger picture for public display.
Stay safe!
