Any way to respawn the Geometric Owl?

Saved it from the dangerous sector in the void, parked it up in my PHQ (started the Terran playthru), then went off galivanting for a few days and it disappeared (nothing in the log), so now I can't continue the Torus mission (and Terraforming after that?).
DL'd a cheat that can spawn ships but only general models and the quest says board the GO (even tho' I'm a Terran and could easily go into Earth space), just wondering if the mission is boned or if there's a way around it.
I am using mods (about 50), but most are QoL, nothing OP'd and no saved file going that far back.

Cheers ~
