Anyone have recommendations on best way to carry around extension letter?

I'm located in MN and what is happening in MN is disturbing. I need to carry around my extension letter but I don't want to damage it or lose it. It fits in my jacket pocket. Is there something specifically made to carry around paper when it's folded in threes? That's also thin? I can't find anything on Google
