Trying to find a specific water-color Anime

Literally the only thing i remember about this anime was a short gif featured in a video i saw a few years ago and never remembered to track down.
It looks like a watercolor painting, and it followed a girl running. That's all I got. I don't even remember the original video I saw it in anymore, but it might have been vampire oriented? I'm not even sure if it was relevant to the anime.

I'm hoping this is enough to work with for someone to be able to piece together. Please, I'm begging.
