Fx30 vs full frame

So I have an FX30 and I’m mostly a videographer. Want the fx3 but unfortunately is a little bit out of my price range but wanted to move to full frame camera. What camera (Sony only) should I consider on a 1,000$-2,500$ budget. Any thoughts if I’m a videographer, should I stay with fx30 or move to full frame? If so what camera should I go with?
