What do I do about my ex girlfriend spreading bad lies about me?

In 2020 I was 16 and got raped by a 20 year old male friend.

After the rape I dated a girl that was a year younger than me. She knew I was raped. When we dated we only did hickeys, heavy makeouts, and playing with each other’s boobs. We once tried lesbian sex but I chickened out and got uncomfortable. We stopped.

When we dated we wrote love letter and had sleepovers.

Our breakup was really messy and we blocked each other. A year after the break up she said I raped her and was abusive.

I’m now 21 and she’s now 20. I don’t understand why she said I do those things when we tried having lesbian sex I backed out. I also kept asking for consent when we touched each other’s boobs. I remember everything we did being consensual.

I’m scared of making new friendships because I don’t know who she’s said those things to or who believes it.

What do I do?
