looking for new daily driver

i’m 22f and just moved from oklahoma to rochester ny. within the first month of being here, i got into an accident (not at fault) at an intersection. obviously drained my savings in the process of such a big move, and i am struggling to find what car i should get. my credit is absolutely not in a place where i can finance, and waiting until i can is not an option. i’ve saved up 10k. it snows here quite a bit, and im very short, so having something that provides enough visibility is pretty important to me. i also have a very, very large dog (130lb great pyrenees) and would love the ability to bring her in my new vehicle. i cannot put that 10k down on a loan, and i need to be able to get myself to work within a month or so. any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated, as i don’t have family or friends to rely on for advice when it comes to cars. my only priority is getting to and from work safely during my 30min drive.
