Another Surgery on the horizon and I'm frustrated about it.

Last year I had an HS boil open up and got infected with necrotizing fasciitis on my groin. Fun, right?

Well, I went to an urgent care today because I felt one coming on near the same area but this time more towards my buttocks- it's not close to bursting, but it's grown and is quite angry. I got some antibiotics and was told they were going to refer me to a general surgeon to get it open, cleared out and remove the sac so there's no tunnelling.

I'm so friggin' frustrated with this condition. It used to just be on my thighs, sometimes my armpit, but now it's forming in delicate areas that are so hard to clean and tend to. I don't want another surgery. I don't want more antibiotics.

Obviously I would rather have the surgery to remove it over it turning into another flesh-eating bacteria, but good god this is one of the most infuriating conditions I've ever had to deal with. ESPECIALLY since I just started a new job so now I have to tell them "Hey, I know I've only been here a month, but I need a few days for a surgery because my body hates itself and I have to have a second hole cut into my butt.

Just...AUGH. For now I'm just trying to keep it clean, use some Zinc Oxide for the pain, do a few Sitz baths and take my anti-biotics, but I just want to scream into the void in my frustration.
