Friend (25F) shares my relationship problems with her boyfriend (27M) and now our friendship feels uncomfy

I (25F) met my boyfriend (29M) around July last year. A month later, I became friends with this girl, and she’s been the only person I regularly open up to about my relationship issues. For months, I’ve talked to her about problems I’ve been having and how I’ve been considering breaking up with my guy

Soon met her boyfriend around October. I’m sure na most of what I share with my friend about my relationship gets passed on to him. Over time, it seems like she’s formed a very strong opinion that I need to break up with my boyfriend, which gets since I mostly talk about the negative aspects because I’m asking for advice

Kaso lately I’ve been feeling a noticeable shift in our dynamic. When we spend time together, I get the uncomfortable feeling that I’m being talked about behind my back. This feeling intensified when her boyfriend, who has a very sharp and mean way of speaking, openly insulted my boyfriend by calling him a “rat” in front of me.

For context, I don’t share my boyfriend’s personal secrets or insecurities. I don’t expose his private struggles. I only talk about my own feelings and how situations affect me. I also don’t criticize their relationship to my boyfriend, even though I’m aware they’re not a perfect couple either.

Since opening up about my most recent issue, the vibe between my friend and me has felt off. I feel judged and somewhat disrespected, especially knowing that my personal struggles is chinichika nya and being mocked by her bf.

I don’t want our friendship to fade or become awkward, but I also don’t feel comfortable continuing as if nothing is wrong

Not sure how to approach the situation
