To those using week aqua lights

Recently purchased the p900 pro and shortly after using it (6 hours to be specific) the power supply went out. I read multiple threads online about people having the same issue. Luckily the seller on AliExpress sent one to me surprisingly quick. After using for almost a week now all is well but I had to turn the settings down drastically to reduce the amount of heat from the power supply. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?
