How to get Rent History Reports for all units in your building?

Hey Guys,

Not your usual request, I'm a Property Manager and want to see which units are Rent Stabilized so I don't overcharge and run afoot with NYC govt. How do I go about finding the rent history for all my units? So far it seems they send the history directly to that unit ?
