FPS question

I have pretty good fps in any other game (apex 150-220, cs 240+, helldivers 2 80-130, val 240+ etc)

In Fortnite it’s a constant and steady 35-43 fps even on the lowest settings nothing above or below.

4070 ti ,ryzen 7, 32 gb ram

I don’t understand how or why this is happening and I’ve tried all sorts of stuff and nothing has helped. If anyone has had same issue and a fix it would be greatly appreciated
