Story of "Big Face Money"?

Does anyone have ANY information on this song whatsoever?

It was a 39 second bonus track included on the Australian, Japanese, and New Zealand releases of Mule Variations

I can't seem to find any information on the song at all. It sounds like it's a snippet from a pre-existing song that I haven't been able to find. It may just be a demo that Waits never finished.
