PSLF-eligible jobs in WNY

Other than federal/state/City of Buffalo/county job websites, where would you suggest looking for Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible jobs in WNY? Also, if I want to look at the smaller municipalities, do they all post their own jobs on their own sites, or is there an amalgamation website somewhere that Google hasn't found? City of Buffalo appears to be the only local government org that uses government jobs.com.

Last time I was looking for non-profit jobs (probably 10 years ago), Idealist.org was great. But every time I've looked lately, I see nothing based in WNY. Since I'll be new to the area, I'd really prefer something local and not fully remote. I'm about halfway done with PSLF, so very committed to staying on track once we move.

Also, if anyone has any insight they'd be willing to share about the residency requirements for the various local governments, I'd appreciate that. Do all the local govs have residency requirements?
