Visiting from US for match against Galatasaray

I’ll be visiting from the U.S. for the match against Galatasaray and was a bit sad when the general match tickets were restricted. I read the best way to get around this is buying a hospitality ticket so I purchased one via Champion Travel. I’m running into a small issue though, they’re still asking for proof that I’ve been to at least 3 previous city matches before. This is my first time visiting England and my first football match, is there any way around this?
