How long do I have to wait to be a new customer again

I like the new cx promos and the free stuff you get that comes with getting new service.

My question is i started service and 5/25 to get the new cx promo and canceled in 12/25 And signed up with my moms name

Will I be able to cancel her plan in 6/26 become a new cx under my name or will I need to use someone else
