dht/tgel topicals, cialis/viagra

hi!

I’ve been on e for awhile, and it hasn’t become a problem, but as I understand, a lot of trans women tend to have differences in their erections/atrophy over time.. which isn’t one of my goals personally.

I was thinking about taking cialis as a preventative measure, but I was moreso interested in the efficacy of tgel. I’ve read from other transfemmes that when testosterone lotion (in low doses/%) is applied on the penis, they’ve had positive outcomes.

but of course, there is seemingly ZERO medical literature on this use case.. hence why im skeptical and nervous about it..

anyone know anything?
