Turned off pc during memory training

Hey guys, today I changed my ram module from standard to expo1 in the bios. I left it to go by itself for a while but I came back and it’s still wasn’t finished. I thought that it was stuck so I powered the Pc off. Then when booting it up I had red and yellow light present on my motherboard and it did not want to boot up. So I powered off again and again, after 4 tries I decided to let it sit for a little and it booted up eventually. Have I damaged any parts and should I take any steps to fix any potential issues that might have been caused by my stupid mistake?
