•    Deposit: 9 Nov 2023

•    Full payment: 23 Dec 2023 (required before the wedding — huge red flag)

•    Wedding: 23 Dec 2023

•    Contract promised final video in ~9 months, photos in 8 weeks

What actually happened:

•    Photos delivered 1.5 years later

•    Final video still not delivered as of Jan 2026

•    Multiple deadlines missed, promises ignored

Chasing & excuses:

•    Contacted via iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, TikTok

•    Mostly ignored; when replying, excuses were “at an event” or “coming soon”

•    Went ghost after months of chasing

•    My cousin saw them in person — promised delivery by Sept 2025 — still nothing

Social media discovery:

•    I commented on their social media to get a response

•    Before they blocked me, I found other brides reporting the same delays and ghosting
