P0012 help 2002 Miata

Hey guys I have a 2002 Miata with code p0012 so I bought the car and had this code I replaced the ring from the crank the crank sensor and cam sensor oem from Mazda and it still has that code so I go my scanner was looking at target cam Angle and actual cam angle and it matches all the way thru only from 2,000 rpm and up if I put it high load so 5th gear and floor it at 1k rpm computer commands timing to be 20 and actual stay at 0 until 2k rpm that’s when it matches so computer commands advance and it can’t advance until 2k rpm which I’m guessing oil presure but i wanna see what u guys think so 5th gesr floored sets the code at 1k rpm
