Electric shocks

Hello! So I’m not officially diagnosed with TMJ but I think I might have it. When I shut my jaw it goes like sideways to close and pop and clicks a lot. The dentist trips are very uncomfortable having my mouth open for a while. I also wanted to ask about headaches and zaps. My headaches usually start around my eye and I’ve have multiple mris and they come out normal on my head. Also I’ve been getting like a neck zap? Like it’s under my chin on the left hand side and goes down my neck. There could be multiple little zaps or just one at a time and then subsides after a little of feeling sore. I have really bad anxiety so I’m going to call my pcp tomorrow but I wonder if this is something tmj can cause?
