Upgrading from 3070: Which of these is the best choice? 5070ti / 9070XT / 7900XTX

MSI 3070 ti (16GB) £729

Sapphire 9070 XT nitro (16GB) £649

XFX Speedster 7900XTX (24GB) £849

I honestly cannot decide. 5070 is simply a matter of changing my case, 9070XT gives me same performance but is cheaper than all of them, 7900xtx has tonnes of vram and is the most powerful.

£800 was the limit of what I want to spend but I feel the 7900xtx os justified for its performance. Although it does use more power of course which is another thing to consider. (Also worth mentioning I have a 5900x on a X570 board)
