We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a recruitment partner working with U.S.-based clients across healthcare, technology, and professional services.

💼 Requirements:
• 3–6 years of recruiting experience
• Strong skills in cold outreach & Boolean search
• Interview screening experience
• English level B2–C1 (fluent, spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience working with U.S.-based roles or clients (2+ years preferred)

💰 Salary (Recruiter): USD $2,000/month + USD $100 per hire
🕘 Full-time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)
🌎 Remote
📌 Hands-on sourcing & headhunting role (technical & non-technical)
