M21 looking for some friend

Hello,I'm from Bangladesh & I’ve Been Isolated Since 2020 and Don’t Know How to Talk to People Anymore.I can’t socialize or make friends easily. In my entire life, I’ve had only three close friends and no others. Since 2020, I spend most of my time at home and only go out when it’s necessary. Living like this, I’ve become constantly depressed. I studied in a boys’ school and college, so I never made any female friends. Because of that, I still don’t have any female friends, and to this day, I haven’t been able to have a girlfriend. Honestly, I don’t even know why I mentioned having a girlfriend. Bro, from what I’ve seen in life, introverts who have girlfriends often become ambiverts. So if any ambiverts or extroverts could help me and teach me how to talk to people, that would really mean a lot.
