Account closed due to prohibited activity

My account was closed to due prohibited behavior which was listing items not in my possession (my mistake I know). I have a balance but how can I transfer or am I able to transfer that balance once my final orders deliver to the buyers? They gave a generic response that they are holding my funds but once they finished reviewing my transactions, account will close.
