AITA for telling my friend to stop using my apartment as her “getting ready studio”?

My best friend keeps coming over before every date to do her hair and makeup at my place because she says my lighting is better. She leaves her stuff everywhere and always runs late, so I end up cleaning up after her. I finally told her she needs to start getting ready at her own place, and she got offended, saying I’m “gatekeeping my own bathroom.” AITA?
