CPU debug light help
Im building a pc for my girlfriend with spare parts, I finished and tried turning it on the CPU debug light came on. I did some troubleshooting and for some reason it ended up being the B1 and B2 ram slots are causing it to not boot, but I put ram in the A1 and A2 slots and it actually ended up working, which is super strange. My girlfriend said she didn’t really care about the performance impact and just wanted to Use it so I figured why not just leave it be, I installed the windows on it. I was getting it all set up. I stopped at the sign into windows, cause I was gonna let her do that. I turned off the computer and went away for a little bit maybe 10 minutes later I came back and turned it back on and the CPU light is back on and it’s not booting. Once again all it does it turns on all the lights in the PC it isn’t power cycling or anything just not showing anything on display with the debug light on, not sure what it could be if it’s motherboard, CPU, ram or even power supply related( cuz it’s not a very good PSU) if anyone could help me out or even give me some info on what I could do it would be very helpful. Thank you.
