Does Aeroplan allow you to extend your status due to illness?

I will be getting a kidney transplant in the next few months which means I won't be doing any flights for three months and most likely won't do any international trips for the rest of the year. I've been a 50k or higher Aeroplan tier since 2019.

Does Aeroplan offer the ability to extend your status in a situation like this? I feel like I saw something like this before for new parents but I can't seem to find that on the website anymore.
