Bridge recommendation

Helping my friend get internet from her house to her barn around 700 ft away with clear LoS. She has nothing other then the ISP supplied router/modem combo. Just looking to get wifi out there so they can hook up wifi cameras to watch the horses in the barn. Wired cameras is going to be a conversation for another day. Doesnt need anything crazy for throughput. 200-300mb would be more than enough.
