Don’t know what to believe, is my wife telling the truth?

Hi, I’ll try to make this as brief as I can. About two years ago my wife started a new job with her original company as a manager. Roughly about two weeks into this new job, she started to talk and masturbate in her sleep. She continually says she loves the same name from the time when she goes to sleep to when she wakes up. It’s (name here) “God I love you” and “God I love fucking you” “Put it in, pull it out”. This has been literally every night all night since. She swears and stands by that she doesn’t know this person and is not cheating. However I found a contact in her phone numbers that seemed off, it was a regular customer she has at the restaurant. When I looked up the number it came up as a man that wasn’t her regular, but had the same name as the one she says in her sleep every night. On top of that I have seen her location at many places she never has mentioned before, even during the hours she’s supposed to be working sometimes. There are a few places that show up multiple times. She says her phone is wrong so I sneaked an AirTag in her purse but it confirmed the same addresses as her phone location (she had an android.) We have been together 22 years, and u til this happened I have never questioned her about anything. She vehemently denies any wrongdoing but i can’t let it go. Am I crazy or is she cheating?
