Bad Language

Is it common place these days to swear at work? Especially a law office? I have brought it up to one of the attorneys that I don't like it thinking they would get the hint but apparently not. I really think it is unprofessional. Everyone at our main office does all the time according to this attorney. The attorney will now be st my office 4 days a week so I don't want her to continue to think it is okay. How should I handle this with leaving hard feelings?
