Account hacked

Hii I was just trying to log into my account after having not played for a few months and found that I am unable to log into it so I asked my friend if they could check my account and they told me that my account had unfriended her and also left the guild we were in together. I am not sure what to do, the hacker unlinked my account from the things I had it linked to. I have receipts of purchases of echos from 2024 but none in 2025 because I didn’t really play much last year. I mainly only have receipts from the online top up thing I’m not sure if it matters or not. Im really upset over this as I had spent so much time and money on this account and I would hate to lose it!!! I have had it since 2020.

Please please let me know what I should do to try and get it back :( I emailed netease but apparently they’re notoriously bad at helping you, is there anything I should tell them specifically or something that will help me best? Thank you!!
