Any tips to keep a harmonized vocal audio loop in tempo?

I’m working on a project that have harmonized vocals throughout it. The thing is when I try to loop the audios it tends to get off bpm. I don’t know a lot about Logic and production in general so anything helps. Thanks 🫡
