(I’ve never posted something like this before so I hope it all makes sense and that I did it right) l've (23F) have been besties with this woman (27F) for just about two years. I introduced her to my coworker (23M) on November 1st 2025. They hit it off immediately and started calling 24/7. During their first week of knowing each other, every time he would come into work, which he would come in an hour early and sit here not on the clock, he would be talking to her. As well, me and her gamed together once and she was on the phone with him the whole time I was talking to her. As well during their first week she was telling me about these red flags he was showing, he was being for possessive and intrusive. Sometimes when he wasn't on the phone, he would come in and just tell me how thankful he is that I introduced them and that he is not talking to any other girls anymore. He's ready to settle down with her and not be with anyone but her, and this was a WEEK after they met. I felt that I was rightfully worried, and I would express my concerns. As well, one time when we went out, my, my bestie, and then the coworker, I was going to sleep over at her house and we had to take two separate cars. She didn’t want her mom to know she was making out with someone, so she made me wait in the car for 40 minutes while she made out with this guy. After the first week, they kinda fell off bc she told him he was moving too fast and then he told her that he could never actually see himself dating her and that he didn't like her. They maybe stopped calling for a day and then immediately got back to talking 24/7. I was feeling left out because she wasn't talking to me as much as she used to, but I was trying to be happy for her. 20 days into them knowing each other, my coworker comes in, told me they had done it and that they said I love you to each other. My bestie had texted me they had done it but she didn't say anything about the i love you. I wasn't gonna say anything to her that I was told until I talked to my therapist because I was very heart broken she felt she couldn't tell me that. But then he told her he told me and she said she didn't tell me because she knew I would freak out. I told her I'm only upset because I didn't find out from her. And of course I was concerned they barely knew each other. Then she said "and since you know we said I love you i should tell you we are bf/gf" then I felt even worse because she wasn't going to tell me if he hadn't said something first??? But we ended up getting past it, I was sad for a while and I’Il show screenshots of some of our messages in between when we were "okay". Then today I asked her if I could sleep over, I knew she had plans tonight to go on a date with him, but I didn't know she had any other plans this weekend. She said no to tonight but said I could come over tomorrow. I told her I would and then ten minutes later she told me "I invited myself" which you can also see in the screenshots. Now I just feel like I don't want to be her friend anymore. I know you guys don't have the entire story, but I want to talk to someone that's not biased towards me, and I feel that my spouse and therapist both are.
