I was seriously thinking of buying a RAZER laptop until….

I’m disappointed. I really wanted one of these until I started reading all of the negative reviews. One after another all about their poor customer support. I really liked what the company has to offer and for a few moments there I was wanting to believe that the reviews were fake and perhaps posted by competitors, etc. But it seems to be across the board that there are issues with these laptops, primarily in the support department. Disappointed.
