This will sound odd but what fanbase would be most welcoming towards non binary and trans folks?

I grew up playing basketball, I still love the game. I played community college basketball too, I love all the friends and joy the game has given me. However.. in my early 20s I realized I was a trans woman or non binary at the very least and sadly the NBA/ NFL and honestly most popular male sports have a very toxic dude Frat Boy culture.

I grew up in San Diego and Los Angeles so I’m a Lakers fans naturally but I went to college between Georgia state and Louisiana, idk what my next NBA team should be.
