I ordered a costume from miccostumes and I never got it

So pretty much, I bought a Ryuko Matoi cosplay from the website and it was supposed to come today. I think it might have came, but I wasn’t home to sign it. I then got a text saying that I had to reschedule within 3 days, otherwise it would be sent back to the company. There was a link in the text, but when I pasted it in safari google ai said I was a suspicious link. I tried the link recently too, and it showed me an unavailable page. It said it came from the USPS and I called my local USPS office and they said the text message is most likely a scam. I never got my package and I don’t know what to do. Any help or advice? Has this happened to anyone else?
