***Pew - Pew - PEW!***

With the last few shots from your *DragonKiller5000*, the Boss Fight you had been attempting for hours...is finally done. The sigh of relief from your bedroom could almost be heard through the walls, you just hope no one misunderstands the sounds. The sweat from the controller would need some cleaning off though, that’s for sure.

***\[“Nooo, hero! I will not...die...like...thiiiisss!”\]***

And with those last, pathetic words, the *Last Dragon King* lies before you on your screen, dead and defeated. And if that was barely half the game done, you dreaded knowing what you’d have to face later on when you unlock the rest of the world. Before you could get hyped and progress on, suddenly, your computer shut off, as did all the lights. Trying to click the power button, you’d realize that it wasn’t the machine, but the entire power to your room was gone. Thankfully, you still had your phone and the savior that was the built-in flashlight.

Exiting your room, you’d realize that the same had happened to the rest of your flat. Strange, since you had not heard of any power outage warnings, nor was there a storm warning in the area. A moment later, your phone in your hand would buzz, and the screen would light up. There was a notification:

*!!! Warning! This is not a drill! All the citizens of Rubylake are instructed to remain in their homes/apartment buildings and NOT exit onto the street. A state of emergency has been declared. Repeat: All citizens are STRONGLY ADVISED to NOT exit onto the street. Thank you for your attention! !!!*

*From: City Council of Rubylake.*

Well, that was strange and ominous. You didn’t even know the City Council could send these types of warnings to all phones in the Rubylake. Must be something they only did in emergency situations, which would suggest this was for real...but then again, they didn’t mention what kind of emergency it was. No information, no suggestions, no tips other than to not leave your home. Surely, you could see something if you looked outside.

But as you reached the nearest window and peered onto the streets outside - nothing. All the streetlights were shut off, and the other buildings in the area had also lost their power. But you were not the only one looking outside their windows, it seemed, as many tiny dots of light were all around from the apartment buildings across the street - other people, surely just as you, wondering what was happening. Well, you had not gotten any wiser. But then you started to hear something...something from behind your front door. After listening for a good second, you recognized it to be voices. Someone was talking.

“Oh, this is just great...I was literally about to finish watching the first episode of Edgerunners, and this happens. Couldn’t this stupid emergency have waited a damn minute?”

The first voice was known to you. It was a neighbor of yours, Laura, who lived just across from you. She was probably the only girl you knew in your entire building, since you went to school together. A total weeb and possibly borderline autistic, but lit up every room and conversation with her cute aura and ditzy attitude. Unfortunately, you had never gotten close to her, even though you had had a crush on her for many, many years. Perhaps even now, but now was no time to think about such things.

“Shut up, girl. You can finish it when this is over. For now, we have to understand what the hell is happening and for how long it could last. The food in my fridge won’t last forever, and there certainly isn’t enough protein powder to last me even a week.”

Even though you hadn’t heard her voice much, you would still recognize the other girl - Rita. She lived a floor below you, and you think she was a fitness coach or a nutritionist or something. The few times you had run into her, you did not exactly have a long and fruitful conversation. All you knew was that she mostly split her time between home and the gym, rarely going anywhere else.

“Protein-protein-protein, that’s all you care about! Look at Z, she doesn’t need any protein, and she’s fine!” said Laura, sounding agitated, raising her voice and name-dropping Z, whose faint voice was barely audible to you on your side of the door.

“H-Huh? What are we talking about?”

If you barely knew Rita, you didn’t know Z at all. You had seen her maybe once a month if that, but every time was weird as hell. She was a girl who never left home, basically. You had spotted her once outside at 2AM in the apartment complex garden, squatting in the grass and picking up rocks... just random rocks and inspecting them. You had no idea what she was doing and why, but you’re pretty sure she took some home with her. Other times, when she would leave her home once a week...she would hop down to the 7/11 and come back with a week’s supply of instant noodles and other necessities. Despite the lifestyle, she always had that sad look on her face, which made you feel sorry for her for some reason.

“Oh, the pothead isn’t even here mentally. Great. So what the fuck do we do?” said Rita, sighing heavily. Staying alone in a dark apartment was creepy enough. The girls guessed it would be safer and less spooky if they handled this crisis together. They were all of similar ages after all. They had tried to knock on other doors, but the older people were too scared or just wanted to sit through this, hoping all would be well. The youth could be reckless, but sometimes that boldness is necessary.

“I dunno! Wait, is that \[your character\]’s door? You think they’re home?”

“Who?”

“Oh, the cute g...eeh-nevermind...”

“Just knock on it already, so we can move on. It’s probably just going to be us; everyone else is too fucking busy sitting on their hands.”

You weren’t sure which girl it was that walked up to your door and knocked, but this is where your story begins. With your decision to open the door...*or not. From now on, your choices determine how your story continues, how your relationship with the girls evolves, and if you’ll be able to survive the lockdown, for the untold dangers are yet to come...*

*Absolute Cinema*...or that’s what I’d like it to become, haha. Thank you for hopefully reading through my RP idea. If it wasn’t clear, I’m looking to GM a story around your character’s journey in a strange crisis lockdown situation. That, and of course, the three girls I introduced above. They would be the primary companions of this story, but if we click and I get an inspiration, I could add more ‘primary’ companions. There will, of course, also be secondary, less important characters, but as for them, well...too early to tell you UwU.

What I am looking from you, primarily, is someone who makes it fun and worth to GM to. You can be whatever gender you are and play whatever gender you wish; it’s truly up to you. All I want is for you to play someone you’d have fun with, for this is not a plot that requires someone very specific. It’s been left up to your interpretation for a reason. Who they are, what they like, what they dislike, what they do for a living - all up to you, my darling. Just use that tiny little brain to create something cool, eh? <3

And before you ask, because this is DPP, yes-yes-yes, the girls are romancable, if you play your cards right. And yes, your (yes, your) question will also be answered: you can have them all, they’re not mutually exclusive unless you wish it so. You can pursue the girls you like the most, or you can pursue them all. But be careful, if you make the wrong choices, I will have no qualms with ‘unaliving them’ from the story. I am cruel, but I won’t do it without anyone’s consent. We write to be happy, not to be too depressed <3.

Kinkwise, I have a kink list, and you’re free to have a look at it even now. If you like it, nice. If you don’t, wack. I think I’m generally pretty open-minded. For me, it’s all about the vibes, rather than looking to do something specific. You can tell me what you’re looking forward to, what kind of relationship you’d like to have with the girls, and what kind of dynamics you enjoy the most.

The last point is totally optional for those who feel it, but I am open to having this be more ‘game-like’ with stats, game-mechanics, dice rolls, special skills, relationship points, and so forth. I am a nerd, so how can I not give that option to my dear readers <3. It’s up to you if you want it, just do mention it along with the secret password of...telling me what movie/show/anime/cartoon you would watch with the girls, if you had power, and it would be all four of you sitting in one bed, all cuddled up with snacks and drinks in hand.

This would be all from me. Do send me a message, and I will try not to lick your face as soon as I see your nickname <3.

Yours always,
