OXO adapter for 58mm basket? Lower doses using a step down basket being the final goal

Hi all.

the OXO requires quite high doses (20g-22g) for the soup.
I have been using a step down basket (58 to 46mm) to successfully pull smaller dose espressos.

Does anybody have any ideas on how I would be able to use this basket with the OXO?

Or, more generically: use a 58mm basket with the oxo...

Thanks
