Aside from the practical uses of digitizing my own wardrobe, I love using Whering to play. (Anybody else missing the golden age of Flash dress-up games?) The Whering account is … okay … but it drives me nuts how half of the items are tagged incorrectly, and there are SO MANY nearly identical striped button ups in there…

So I made a space for my own fantasy capsule wardrobes! I’m curating whimsical and oddly specific themed sets until I get bored or run out of ideas, and I wanted to show off what I’ve been making!

Right now I’m thinking ahead to Valentine’s Day with Love’s Fool, a romantic clown-core moment with lots of lace and fluff from Chanel, Simone Rocha, and Unlogical Poem.

It remains to be seen how long this will remain true, but so far this is scratching the itch to buy something new without having any effect on my bank account—I still get to window shop all I like but LOL Simone Rocha is never coming home with me. I like a wide range of styles, so it’s been a great creative challenge to get as specific as possible and stick to a color palette. I’m also enjoying building out an entire little world with fragrances, playlists, and books. I’ve got a lot of theme ideas and feel like I could go for months!

Feel free to make your own combos on the app or share your thoughts here!

I made an alt account to experiment!
