What new apartments in Brum, don't have a smart meter?

Looking to rent a brand new apt, but I don't want to have an apt with a smart meter.

It has to be brand new cos I want the additional amenities they offer, esp co-working space.

I know the following apts have smart meters:

- Enclave

- Sherlock quarter

Please no debate on smart meters!
