Crashing exploit?

Is there some sort of crashing exploit that people are using? A few times now I've had a weird crash or server message particularly on the duel yard and it always seems to happen at a point, like after killed someone. We had a particularly troublesome 1v1 interrupter and I got him a few times, chased him around, he stopped, then my game crashed. This happened to two or three other guys I was practicing with at the time. What gives?
