Headache, throat pain.

Male, 16 , 127 , 6,1, Caucasian

I have a headache which only hurt when I look far right/left or up/down aswell as post nasal drip I’m assuming, or a clear phlegm in my throat. I also have a cold sore on the inner side of my lip if relevant. However I’m not sexually active at the moment and have been abstinent for about a year with no kissing/ sexual activity. I had a blood test taken today too if relevant where I fainted and threw up. Also I have what I’m assuming is kidney pain in my lower left side. (Again not sure what of this is related just tryna get an accurate history.) my sleep has also fallen to 6h a day this week. And I do vape. (Nicotine not thc) I described old symptoms to my doctor which he had me tested for diabetes and for vitamin deficiencies. If u think it’s one of those giving me these symptoms or just a common cold!
