Fee Waiver App

I submitted a fee waiver application and had it get sent back to me twice requesting additional information. I have uploaded my lease, my unemployment application, my proof of job loss, letter of explanaition, 2024 taxes and I am not sure what else to add. I know the first rejection/opportunity to appeal is normal but I don't know what to do with the second request of the same information. Any advice on what to add?
