Poant person to plant grasses /trees on patio?

Does anyone have a good plant person referral? I’m looking for some help cleaning up the back deck. Tossing old planters, repotting a small tree, sawing and discarding a dying tree, replanting about 10 planters worth of grasses, etc. I need someone who knows what they’re doing but I don’t need a landscape artist.
