Question about harvard law

So I understand that Harvard does their admissions in sort of 3 batches as per the website, but I'm wondering if this directly corresponds to when you applied. For example, if I applied very early and I haven't gotten an interview (necessary for admissions), and the first round of admits comes out Monday, does this mean I am for sure rejected? Or so some people get pushed to the later rounds? (yes I realize i'm below both medians, I highly doubt I will get in but I'm curious)
