Rocco Smart Fridge

We have an older house and tend to experience intermitent brownouts (quick drops in voltage). So much so that TVs, audio and PCs are all on UPS battery backups.

We just bought a Rocco fridge and I'm concerned about the electronics frying on such an expensive appliance. What would be the best option to keep the thing from frying in a power dip?
