experiencing symptoms

Hey friends in 2024 I was diagnosed with PCO I have the pco ovaries but wasn’t experiencing the typical symptoms. My period was regular and I was ovulating regularly every month.

On the ultrasound I did have the “string of pearls” pattern multiple follicles on each ovary.

I also have endometriosis stage 3, I was only concerned with the pco because I have been trying to get pregnant for over 5 years and haven’t had any luck.

I usually ovulate day 13-14 And my cycle is usually 27/28 days

This month I started experiencing symptoms, ovulating way later cycle day 19/20 in my cycle and now on cycle day 32 and still no period.

I also lost so much hair this month. So much hair shedding, this has never happened. I am experiencing some breakouts. I am thinking I’m maybe have a flare up? Or starting to experience the symptoms that I didn’t have before?

Is this possible? Has anyone experienced this? I am going to see my ob on Monday to get blood work done.
