any better processor than the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D for the price?

i got it here for this price but they wont sell it to me because i dont have fucking government id

https://www.shoprbc.com/ca/shop/product_details.php?pid=60136850

i can spend 20 extra at amazon but the fuckers take a month to get it to me

if i can just get a similar but different one, same bang for buck then i will, and not from shoprbc because they wont let me buy it lol

edit: also i want it for gaming
