A strange error with my keyboard

Open | Hardware

I need help! with my new PC. A few months ago I decided to buy my first PC with a Ryzen 5 5600GT, 16GB of RAM, and generic peripherals. I'm having a problem: my keyboard behaves strangely depending on where I plug in the power cable. If I plug it directly into the wall outlet, the keyboard has a delay and sometimes doesn't even register the keys, even opening programs while I'm playing or kicking me out of full-screen mode.

This only happens with this keyboard. I've tried many others, including some name-brand ones, and the same thing keeps happening. They all work perfectly on my laptop. Now, if I plug it directly into a power strip or extension cord, the problems are greatly reduced, but they still occur.

I NEED HELP. I want to believe it's a problem with the power supply.
